The pathophysiology of insomnia, pattern classification, and related herbal and acupuncture treatment approaches are all systematically explained in this course, which focuses on TCM pattern differentiation and treatment. To direct customized treatment, each pattern is examined in light of the tongue, pulse, and symptoms. Auricular and body acupuncture points that are frequently used to treat insomnia are also covered in the course.
