This course systematically explores the pathogenesis of hypersomnia, analyzing the impact of factors such as HPA axis dysfunction and melatonin changes on hypersomnia. Integrating the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the course introduces treatment strategies for various patterns including heart-kidney yang deficiency, spleen deficiency with dampness excess, Shaoyang constraint, etc. It aims to improve circadian rhythms and sleep issues through acupuncture points including auricular points and extraordinary points.
