This course discusses the use of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine methods for treating sciatica and hip pain. The course explains the causes of sciatica, including piriformis syndrome, disc herniation, and other factors. Pattern differentiation for sciatica is further discussed through channel pattern differentiation. Treatment methods for sciatica are analyzed, including heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy ((Remin Jiu), Adjacent needling (Pangci), stuck needle method (Zhizhen), single point selection, etc. Additionally, the course discusses the pathogenesis and treatment methods for hip pain caused by femoral head necrosis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction, including relaxing needling (Huici) technique, scattered needling (Yangci) technique, matrix acupuncture, etc.
